Mission Partners
We support a number of charities, local, national and international.

We have recently started a partnership with Simon and Sarah Cawdell, who have recently gone to work with the Anglican Church in Gulu, Uganda, and are supported by the Church Mission Society.
Sarah will be helping to train for church ministry students (from Uganda and South Sudan) at the Archbishop Janani Luwum Theological College.

Simon will help to develop ways in which churches can become more self-sufficient by growing their own food. He is also developing a discipleship training course, Rooted in Jesus.

Helping the homeless...
... and the unemployed
We are privileged to be in partnership with Edge Housing in their work with local homeless and needy people.
Edge have three houses in our area, and have exciting plans for the future. They are holding their weekly meetings in St Andrew's.
Plans are under way to start a Christians against Poverty Job Club at St Andrew's early in 2025. CAP is a Christian charity offering free face-to-face debt counselling to all.
Several Oxford churches are linked to CAP, but we will be the first to start a Job Club which is aimed at helping people to find work, rather than debt counselling.
Look out for more information.
